Divine quests for 101+ are different than for lvl 100, so if you picked quests when you were 101 or higher, you will be able to turn them at lvl 101 only.

It is not. It was 10 per sec, new buff makes it to 20. Also hp regen is not glitched, just missing. The link i gave you has all skills descriptions just like you asked.

I have this purple quest too now, and it seems to be broken. Even on the database map mobs aren't in the way actually; in game autopath leads off SoT roads edge. Not sure, but divine quests, which you get Honor of the Void for, might be 101+ idk about the issue with the rest though

From what i found out, there are 4 quest chains unable to be finished. (Seal: Volcanic Purgatory) missing quest items around 434 1007 point (Seal: Tai Chi Shore) missing items around 580 983 (Seal: Misfortune City) missing npc at 674 975 (Seal: Canyon) missing item at 316 947
