I'm trying to level up the apothecary skill in this char. I did it to lvl 3. Right now it shows 100% and in my skill page it shows 30/30. When I go to the Elder to learn the lvl 4 skill it doesn't let me...it says I am at 30/45. Can someone tell me what to do please?
