I WILL be ok with the horns if you allow an unlimited number of entries in my blacklist. Several of the horns on Dreamweaver have been offensive, and others are purposely spamming to frustrate everyone. If I can blacklist each horn user that abuses them or be able to filter the horn chat, then I am ok with having it. GM's…

That makes sense for someone who is concerned about they way they look. However, he's looking at a purely cost perspective. Hence, if he buys the cheapest flyer and upgrade it, will he be paying more or less than the high end flyers?
