your right but let me put it this way, if you had to pick the stronger side for a TW based on LEVELS alone., would you choose : (kingdom) 30 lvl 95+ thats including 15 lvl 100's or (kylin) 70 lvl 95+ including 5 lvl 100's ?

kylin is good enough. kylin has way more lvl 95+ than kingdom and more cash shoppers. (ie more +10 weps than kd). they just need good strat to win imo

You can't really tell who's good or not anymore in pwi since the event. The best mage is who cash shops the most, unfortunately. Thats why this game went down the drain and everyone stopped playing.
