I have lvl 8 Apothecary skill and 100% experince on this lvl, when i go to any Elder and choose learn skill option i see lvl 9 apothecary enabled to learn but when i try to learn this skill i got "unable to learn skill" in log Pls fix that or just add report what requirments are not fullfiled eq. lvl req. etc. b:thanks
