Great Guide!, i dont usualy post but after reading all of it i can't find any questions.....this deserve my voice. Only 1 thing in the title i would rather call this guide "Ultimate Newbie Genie Guide" Noob can be insulting. but this is just my opinion. Voting for a sticky! (it should be a sticky already)

Pandora's guide is for pvp, do skills need to be lvled the same way for pve?
