I think the GM/development team just inserted something and never looked back at it. They probably were rushing to meet the deadline.

I say the more land you own, the more chances of wraiths attacking your land. Wraiths strength depends on faction strength,etc. This opens a chance for other factions to attack at the same time on other lands. To be honest I think the development team is working on a concept to get this more interesting, but I believe…
