I suggest the Dev's look at maybe borrowing a guy or two who worked on PlayStation Home. Home has like 6 dances, some of them are fairly complex for video games. If the weapons did re-size it wouldn't be so bad, however I've played a ton, and i do mean a ton of MMOs, and every one of them with height control doesn't affect weapons, so you'll see people half the size of other players with weapons 2-3 times taller than themselves.
