Lol, wrong, Psychic weapons actually require a tiny bit more than 3 mag per level, I think it factors out to 3.04 the level 69, 74, and 80 weaps requiring 3 mag more than 3 mag per level build, the 90 and 95 weapons require 4 mag more than 3 mag per level build.
