Definitely true. I've already been hearing from some of the members in my faction that it kills their interest in some of the dungeons. The 4 hour time cap in dungeons isn't so discouraging though. But, it will dampen taking lower level people in squads for materials since dps would be lower thus taking more time. It helps…
