Beating up on Radiance isn't training....just the only other faction that gear is semi close, if they wanted to train they should learn how to fight GD? by going to tw and TRY or somthing besides doing an UR eND at a pk tourny... *super ninja stealth*

what i noticed was, the DQ items are slow updating. but always the chests are instant for me.

You can only cash in the points for a week or 2 after the promo ends. but sometimes it is turned off and wont show any items even if you have reward points left.
