Venos in heavy aren't really that hard to beleive. They've got amazing hp bonus with their vit compared to other magic classes and they've got pets to tank for them. Although no idea why pole arm when they could just fox form. However the others are probably just messing around, I mean some people like to be special.

LA veno is as simple as your curent level +4 str and dex the rest goes into int skills are usual caster For PVP I'm not exactly sure

Soul change with allies? someone has been playing some ragnarok. Anyways this seems very interesting, but I don't really see this being used unless you're in a long battle.
