And I know this is kind of a necro but I'm bored and wanted to share my experience.

Well I've felt the same thing. I could've sworn it's CD was faster. I left my mystic for a while and when I came back I noticed it felt longer when I was healing in FC and putting petals on everyone. Could be. Could not. But the 2 seconds isn't that bad.b:victory

But when there's a cleric in the squad ,hello?, keeping the cleric alive with my buff so she/he can res if something should happen is the only thing I feel I NEED to do. And the res buff itself…

I just want a squad buff so that I dont feel so out when everyone else buffs up.. and i've thought about the aoe rez buff too and yeah it would save alot off trouble...

My PC can definitely handle the game and i've got a wired ADSL connection... and still this happens... I get allot off this error : "Server error. Please try to login/restart again."
