since Im one of those which never have had the oportunity to connect on heaven tear server, may someone tell the exact time of server restart?

hmm beside the fact we cant play and have to wait, I have a technical question. Does the server will count as after a maintenance when it will be restarted or not ? Maybe moderators can answer to that thx ^^
