Nope. All 5 of us just kept using heal pet. We had all sent our respective golems after him to hurt him fast enough that we didn't all run out of MP, though. I tanked Luminoc Architect and all 3 bosses before him with a 54 golem. You're using too few venos. In order to do them, you need 4 to 5, preferably with cleric buff. Most bosses can be done with same level pet with enough venos. Just takes some massive spamming. And agreements on who is doing what.

I agree. Flesh ream needs fixed. I've lost to venos 15 levels lower than me because of one skill. They even said it themselves as I die. "All I need is Flesh Ream." Like many people have said, every class has its uses. As a veno, or the "solo class" as everyone refers to me... I tend to get overlooked. IE "What do you want a party for? Go solo, stupid veno." Even more so, for bosses... Why would you want a veno when a barb/cleric combo can do it as better... I personally love partying…
