There's actually something an archer can do about bleed by using wings of grace but it requires that you know when you will get attacked. Time Wings of Grace that your 3sec immunity absorbs the bleed and then spam everything you have on the veno and hope for crits, but that would be too pro for Toad he surely didn't mean…

I went Sage simply for the fact that I love to have chi all the time, and the skills Sage Take Aim, Frost Arrow and Blazing Arrow>the Demon ones and those are probably the only skills you'll get your hands on. You shouldn't even consider the Damage- or Range Mastery. Regards, Link
