Why Scorpion > Wanderer if I may ask. And okay, I absolutely loathe water quests aswell. I'll just do that.

I decided to keep my Magmite. I'm currently holding a Crystalline Magmite, and a Petite Sawfly. Probably going to get a Dark Wanderer if it's a higher level since I don't want to train Varicose Scorpion from LV2 to my level haha. Does anyone know a good pet for underwater?

So the Quadrastal Beetle is unneccessary. Okay. It's not that if I like it or not, I'm just wondering if I should spend so much time training the LV19 back to my level, is it worth it? And is the Varicose Scorpion one of the best DPS dealers not named Nix?
