A "Safe" Base is already protected from being destroyed by attacks. Without any incentive to having a Base in "Danger" Mode, there's be no reason to not have all Bases as "Safe". In the Boutique, under the Shop tab, in Pigments, there's Random Pigment and Hot Colors Pack. The Hot Colors Pack is what has the specifically colored Dyes.
