Yes, this has happened to me too. I often go to my inventory to be surprised I picked up equipment, only to realize that it was the equipment that I was wearing just unequipped. I caught myself several times. Mostly happens when I open my inventory while walking and I pan the camera.

Well the cheap sockets were a result of their socket sale. During that period of time, they offered a pack of socket stones for cheaper than normal. Socket Stones merely reflect the cash shop gold value. It is generally 1 gold = 100k. It varies person to person.

I think a pet that auto-picks is a pretty good idea. In other MMORPGs I have played, they also offered a cash shop pet that picks up loot around you. Quite convenient. I can just sit and rest while the pet picks up my loot for me.

You have no choice but to grind. There just aren't enough quests to level up on in the later levels. Do some FBs, grind on mobs, do the crazy stone quest, etc.

You need to be lvl 40 to start doing the cube. If you notice in every major town there is a khatru pup and an adventure assistant. These two npc can teleport you into the cube. You can only do the cube once per day since you can only get one duty badge a day (which is required for starting the cube "quest").
