The quest is called Man Hung's Hair which started from killing KunKun quest at level 28. To finish this part of quest, you will need to collect Manghung's Hair, bottom of of the Great Lake (458 581) from water sediments. Turn it in and you will obtain the Makeover Scroll. Yeah... completing all ur quest will help u level from where u at.... no way around it ... .... on second thought - if u know any high level out there.. u may grind with them instead.. get more exps b:laugh then again... you still need to make sure to finish your quest...
