No downloading through arc wont make it work either. Its just best to wait this out. Atleast they are working on it unlike what they did or didnt do when HotK was still around...still a shame that game closed down.

Maintenance doesnt always mean they correct problems. Alot of the time its to allow the servers to cool down and reset which tends to cause lag issues. For those whining about it coming out a day later. PWI is a business they are trying to make sure their product has as little bugs as acceptable as possible so when it is launched the minor bugs can be reported and fixed with the following updates. You wouldnt buy a faulty product would you? No you wouldnt.
