I really thought someone would address this but apparently not. Attack levels do not affect your actual attack. The atk level bonus comes after the damage is calculated. For every atk level you have over their def level you gain 1% extra damage. Nothing to do with your actual phys/mg atk. Thus it does not affect heals.

As much as I like the extra damage I have to say either remove it or change it so it cant be stashed at least. If it not removed from account stash then it going to be around for years in the case of some players.
