It doesn't matter how much HP you got, a wizard can ALWAYS one shot ANY class with a crit. So my vote goes to wizard, even tho any class can be VERY powerfull with that much cash. The wizard is more deadly per dollar.

Yeah i would believe that it's more CHI per hit that you do. My theory behind it is that a demon -interval barb can spark more often then a demon BM when self buffed only. Seems like i just have to wait till i get it and test it out :)

Uhm.... wizards crits are something to be feared already. If i could get zerk crit i can crit for 400K in PvE ( BM and veno amps ), and over 40K in PvP without amps outside my own.
