I'am still a newbie but in my barb (choosed human form) i raised all tiger form at lvl 1 (i usually tank fbs so its nice so deal some damage and keep agroo..) except for true form and shape shifting intensify (defence!!!) this 2 i lvl everytime i have some spirit.
