Well I made some progress; it still gets stuck on the 'preparing to update' stage of the patching but I downloaded the manual patch and tried to open it that way. It started to work, then an error message popped up and said the patch files were corrupt.

Ok, well the client opens now. But when it goes to update, it just stops on the 'preparing to update' phase during the loading process. Then it stops responding. Ah, I need a new computer anyway. Mine's a piece of ****.

As someone who has held a job at McDonald's...KFC. I personally find Ronald McDonald to be rather creepy.

And once I get to the computer I use for gameplay, I'll check the antivirus exceptions just in case. The thing is, it used to work fine, then just stopped.

No, no errors. I click on the icon and it just doesn't do anything anymore. Although, when it did open and I tried to patch, it would just say it cannot patch and to try again later. I tried patching manually but that didn't work either
