There is a way to fix it yea. The bug is caused when you get the quest from both the pop up and the npc. Look really closely on your quest list under the name of the dragon quest and you will see a dot with nothing next to it at all just blank. If you trash that then you can hand in the one you did. Hope this helps. ^^
