Get a Level 70+ Cleric, And a 61 Wizard to heal the Cleric. Keep the one who needs it just within range so that they don't get hit with AoE. Its simple really. No charm needed if they know what they're doing.

Are you downloading through the manual patch, or Auto? Or just have a bad connection? If its because you're downloading it automatically, then go click Manual Patch > Click the recent one > Then click open when the window comes up. :) Goes a lot faster~
