I tend to ignore random buff res requests if I get them unless I'm feeling unusually generous. To much whispers asking and I'll just blacklist. I usually just buff guildmates and friends if they ask.

I'm also having the same issues. Both with Jones' Blessing and cashing out with dq rewards.
