I agree, and will support this suggestion. It's like with each new expansion, they have a love-in with the new character models, and completely forget about the rest (not just on the customisation either :/ )

I prefer to go solo on normal mobs, and have been given major QQ/insults because I refused to squad, even explaining to them nicely that I like to go solo :) I guess this falls under communication, but understand what your squad mates skills do, guess that doesnt apply to those who have alts of other classes :p That helps…
