Blue bubble is needed at a lot of bosses. Take Minion of Death can kill tank pretty easy without it. Also think about the charm ticks. If tank loses 500k charm that is not very efficient. Lets face it, most tanks now days will be 12k hp bms or 10k hp assasins. Even assassins at 16k can tick really easy.
