I'm guessing you mean the boutique ones. If so, then you have to buy then from the boutique. If you don't have gold, then you can buy one off another player, if you have enough money. I'm not sure what the exact price would be, but it's bound to be at least several million.

You can start flying when you reach level 30. You get a quest and when you finish, you get a flying sword. Other races get a different type of flying device. Grinding is usually when you have no quests (this mainly happens around level 40+, it's a real pain) and you just go killing mobs to level up, even if it does take ages. A good idea is to do the solo mission quests when this happens.

Keep your disguise skin. It's got 2 uses. 1: Bank Quests. Until level 40, bankers will give you a quest to get items like disguise skins, and getting all of them gives you another row of space in your bank. Level 40+ needs a safe extension stone. You can get the signs of speed by going into the Snake Isle Dungeon Race from level 40+. As for the others, I have no clue. There's another thread that explains more about the race in the forum. Just look around to see if you can find out about the others.
