It is indeed true that pwdatabase is not accurate on those success rate, just like pwi's "ultimate weapon guide" isn't as well, pretty sure of it. Also pretty sure sucess rates given by Warsoul spirit are real though (under 'about warsoul" tab when you speak to him)
