Looking forward to the earth skill list. Also, Crown of Flame does have a use at lower levels, though it's only PvE. It's the cheapest finishing move if something happens to have a little HP left, along with the fast casting speed.

You use in-game money and spirit points. You can find the skill trainer for your class in the town you start in, as well as a few other places like Silver Pool and Archosaur.
