• I believe you have to use an "Ultimate Game Card" to charge the zen. It is different that the regular PWI cards. :) *Please correct me if I'm wrong. I was confused at first by this as well.

• Oh geeze, I thought I was the only one with this issue! I was resetting my router and everything. I really hope nothing more happens than a minor shut down... Let's hope this gets fixed soon! :)
