  • Even if you don't find plvl in fc, early levels are very easy now for any class with free daily charms till level 60 helping alot and dreamchaser pack providing gear. From lvl 20 (or 40?) till lvl 80 pwe also added daily quests at jolly jones giving some decent coins.

  • The npcs didn't spawn yet on Raging Tides. And yeah, it's past 6pm already server time.

  • I had the same problem, you just gotta relog after teleporting into the room and you should get the popup and npcs spawn after relog.
