I have almost the exact same problem. Me and TheWhiteLady went in to test it today and only she was able to enter the arena, I was stuck outside and both of us lost our stakes and are out 210k. I still have the quest that says stake refund but neither of us have any "red or blue leader tag" I tried contacting a GM in-game…
