They're probably trolling about the tier 3 rewards. The only reward I've received is on two alts I've logged in the last hour to do culti on and it was only tier 1 rewards. And of course even when trying to make sure i logged the toons i wanted the reward on first it still gets sent to the alts i dont want it on. *sigh*…

Please for the love of god don't make this new equipment stronger then the RRR9 and g16 we already have. I was excited for this update until i read "new equipment" which was so neatly placed on the end of the list of updates. Now i'm just worried. D:
