There would be no Q.Q or quits if it would be merged into a PVE-server(except from those who have this far been farming lowbies on PVP-server). This far it's been suggested that they'd be merged into a PVP-server which would be intolerateable for many.

Both last as long(1 hour) and the only difference indeed ish that Sage BP gives that nice 3% damage done healed-effect while demon BP gives 50% more evasion for whole 18 secs(sounds OP, rite?) and the normal 2% heals. Reflection XP ish not affected by 2x. There's no ways to affect reflecting XP as XP-necklaces don't affect it, hypers don't affect it, Golden Silkworms don't affect it, nothing affects it. Kitty's tested dem all Q.Q Only Radiant shards can double it, but as they're mostly a CS-item, they're not worth it.

Kitty's sorry to correct you, but FO does actually higher DPS. Kitty calculated that it requires average 44640 base damage for DB to surpass FO in DPS, which won't happen without sparking with end-game gears. Demon BoA surpasses demon FO at 2,5k base damage and sage BoA at 10,5k base damage.

Kitty likes to use Furious Ocean as it allows about 15-17 secs of phys. immune AoEing without chance of failing due to interrupts. Psy Will -> FO -> Expel -> Win, Kitty does.
