yea my ginie is str8 based so gotta find a skill that adds str im not sure if earth claw is str8 based though...

thanks for the info storm.... my ginie is str8 based i keep dex at 20 wad abt using life drain which absorbs enemy's hp is that better then 2nd wind? cos it deals damage to enemy... but does str8 affect amount of hp drained for life drain skill?

thanks for the replys but i need confirmed ones if the justice envoy quest gives more rep at lv 70 - 74... if it doesnt im planning to stay 69 till i get 10k rep... but justice envoy gives 1 rep and one man army gives 2 rep its kinda slow..
