installed the language packs. Uninstalled the game and removed all entries from registry. Redownloaded game and installed. Updated all windows updates. Updated game - still same problem. Help me Please!

ran verify twice. Undated video card drivers. Uninstalled client and reinstalled. still same problem. hope the screenshot helps figure this out
