Well the thing that confuses me is that for NV weps isnt there an option to transfer refines that costs chienk? But if you select no you still keep the refine... So is it possible that you don't actually have to use chienkun but it still allows you to if you say yes?

Everfragrance is worth about 3.5-5mil. The OHT bow isn't worth your time imo. If you're strapped for cash just get a Windcatcher. Endgame get r8 if you don't have much money. Edit: As you're not 88...Do your BHs so you can get a Guardian of the Realm or something instead of Windcatcher. :o
