Well, the guild I am in, WooT, Sanctuary Server, uses teamspeak to communicate effectively www.teamspeak.org details on setting servers up can be found on the website too. from what i noticed, teamspeak is free, and you pay to have better services. btw, TS= TeamSpeak cheers greenTea
