Yes, you would think that if you got banned, the GM that banned you, or even an automated system, would e-mail you information about it. Particularly, reason, ban date, and length of the ban.

Things are boring here on Sanctuary. Can't get into a decent faction unless you're 90+. Can't get any help with anything, and there's no one to grind and do quests with. This game is dying.
