like every now and then was said...change interval to a % value like -channeling all weapon types would benefit equally from int then. archers would use again their bows, barbs their axes, the "fist is the only way to go...what is heavensflame???" bm boom would hopefully be over. fast weapon types like fists and daggers…

2k hp left on a HA armor type at wurlord can be quick a one shot case during the next magic attack of the boss. especially when the barb never heard of using alacrity
