Absolutely the same happens with me. I choose the server and character but when I click Get Prize I get to a blank page. I have cleaned the cookies and cache in my browser, it doesn't help. Please fix this issue if you can.

Thank you Support Staff. I couldnt meet the 10-hour requirement due to a technical problem. I sent a ticket and the answer was in negative. The happier I am to receive my free fashion after all b:victoryb:pleasedb:victory Thanks again.
