summons already having half they're mp when summoned = best idea for mystics ever. Finally I wont have to waste a **** ton of mp just to get my summon up to full mp..... well I'll still have to use a **** ton.... but just not a **** TON.

Ugh I swear if there's one thing I hate about a healing mystic it's that they're plants have life so they die so easily to anything. I actually find myself using this quite often if my opponent's hp is high enough so that Nature + Absorb + Devil isn't enough to take it out. Mostly on things with increased life or on bosses. Other than that the former combo is pretty much what I've gone with for most of the time I've used a mystic. :D

I can see why you'd think that but level 75 tends to be a long ways away for some people and for those newbs who are just using a mystic it'd be better to save what mp they can.
