Well, after looking around it seems anyone should be able to max ALL skills around level 89. Whether that is true or not, I don't know. I guess I'm just looking for some support that it's not a complete waste of SP. Edit: Wrong char. Zzz.

That's one that I was worried about. After playing Diablo 2 (lol old school), I've always watched out for games where if you die, you die for good and have to restart, and you lose ALL of your items.

Well I mean is it really as bad as people make it out to be... After playing world of warcraft on pvp servers for years, (where when you die, you actually have to resurrect where you died = camping) I mean, in comparison to games where there are no safe zones ect, no one to "have your back", is it really THAT bad?
