Their Purpose should be nothing outside of changing font color and new smileys. They're described as making your shout stand out more. Good- keep it in world chat function though. Oh I saw them all- I just didn't think any of the titles made it clear. Like I said I'm not looking to get rid of them (although it would be a plus) I just want to not have to see them.
