Have you ever used a zerk weapon? it is approximately 20% to activate. If they get adv zerker, that should be 40%. AND you can have best of both worlds as kedge says.

Some flaws of this = having base 10k wihtout any cit gems and the fact that your considering +12 in favor of def gems in gear , while not considering the cit user would have that +12 also... -.-. actualyl duel is easy also. just jump around, because they will most likely then use shadow jump to stun you... which now your in midair... so they can't continue their immobilzation, as soon as your out of stun, you just either distance shrink away and seal them or just seal and play with them ;p. anytime their stealthed…
