I agree with you. I've not once been pked by CQ or ever seen them preying on the low levels. If your really wanting a faction dead then why not go get rid of RQ or ShortBus. The ones who pk any and every lower level than they are themselves. They are the ones who deserve to get pked.

I did notice and have only gone and grabbed myself a beta key ;)
